One of the nice things about YuJa is that it generates automatic captions for your videos but no caption-generation system is perfect (especially if you have an accent). Therefore, you should always double-check that your captions are accurate because, frankly, it does not look super professional to have captions with typos or completely wrong words. This is no different than proofing a document before sharing it with an audience. Thankfully, from my experience, YuJa captions are pretty good so it’s not a sisyphean task to clean them up.

Pro-tip: as you go through this clean-up process, it will look like your captions are out of sync. They are not. Once you’re done with your captions, play the video and you will see that everything is fine.
