Get Cozy with Ultra Zoom Sessions
We’ll be out of office from December 21st until January 2nd but both before and after then we’ll be offering Ultra sessions on Zoom! Here’s what’s coming up if you want to get cozy with Ultra over break:
Introduction to Blackboard Ultra
This session will cover the Ultra course view layout, ways to make your transition into Ultra easier, and how to prepare to transition by adding content to your Ultra course.
- December 16 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- January 6 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- January 13 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Converting Your Course to Ultra
This is a 2-hour workshop. The first half will be a guided walkthrough on how to transition your content from Original Course View to Ultra Course view and how to add new content from other sources. The second half will allow you to use what you have learned to continue transitioning content. Learning Technologies will be with you every step of the way to ensure you’re cozy with Ultra.

Ultra Gradebook
This session will cover an overview of the Ultra Gradebook and how to set up your Gradebook to ensure that you and your students have a successful course.

It kicks things off with tackling some basics to get you comfortable using Ultra, moves on to taking live or asynchronous courses to up your knowledge, points you towards support resources, and ultimately gets you ready to convert all your courses to Ultra.
